If you’ve ever thought you’d like to be more involved or wanted to drive

the direction of the MCYC, now is your opportunity to do so!

The MCYC continues to operate only because of volunteers, so it is important to fill these roles before the 2025-2026 season ends. You can learn about the different roles here. Elections will be held in late September and there are a few important dates to be aware of:

• Saturday, September 5: Nominations for open positions due to info@mcyc.com
• Saturday, September 19, 10am: Meet the Candidates Member Meeting and Ballots Distributed (Club Room and via email)
• Sunday, September 20, 10am: Ballots due to Board of Directors (in Club Room or timestamped via email)
• Sunday, September 20, 11am: Counting of Ballots and Announcement of 2026-2027 MCYC Board of Directors

If you are interested in a Board of Directors position, please download and complete this NOMINATION FORM and submit it to info@mcyc.com no later than 5pm September 5.

Members must be in good standing to seek a Board of Directors position and/or to vote, so please make sure your membership account is up to date.
